This Privacy Policy describes how Flirtea ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use flirtea.ai and related services (the "Services"). Conversations with characters can feel personal — please read this policy so you understand how your information is handled before sharing anything private.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account and authentication information: account identifiers, display name, email or profile information received from our authentication provider, terms-acceptance status, subscription status, and account settings.
• Chat and character content: messages, session metadata, character memories, relationship state, preferences, world and scene state, outfit state, and similar content needed to provide persistent character features.
• Character and media content: characters you create or edit, descriptions, thumbnails, uploaded 3D model files, and voice or text-to-speech render information.
• Subscription and payment information: subscription tier and status, and records our payment processor provides to us (such as transaction identifiers and billing status). We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled by the payment processor.
• Usage, analytics, and device information: pages visited, features used, referrals, session and performance events, errors, browser and device details, screen and viewport size, WebGL/GPU capability details, and similar diagnostics. Browser analytics are enabled only after analytics consent.
• Support, survey, and safety information: messages you send to us, survey responses, feedback, moderation or abuse signals, and logs needed to debug, secure, and operate the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services
• Create and manage accounts, authentication, consent records, and subscriptions
• Generate AI chat responses, character memory and behavior, voice output, and related features
• Enforce our safe-for-work content policy and prevent abuse
• Save user preferences, character settings, chat state, and progression
• Measure performance, diagnose errors, protect security, and prevent fraud
• Respond to support requests, surveys, and legal or rights requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

We use cookies, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. Browser analytics technologies are loaded only after you allow analytics in our cookie settings. Some operational and security events may still be processed server-side to keep the Services working and to investigate errors or abuse. 4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate the Services, including:

• Authentication provider: account management and session security.
• Payment processor: subscription billing, refunds, and fraud prevention. The processor handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting, CDN, and storage providers: delivery, security, storage, uploaded files, and public or signed asset URLs.
• Database and infrastructure providers: storage, hosting, logs, backups, and application operations.
• AI, voice, moderation, and analytics providers: third-party service providers that help generate AI responses, render voice, host and secure the Services, process operational analytics, and detect abuse or prohibited content. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
• Legal, safety, and business recipients: authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Manage analytics cookies and similar technologies through our cookie settings
• Opt out of sale or sharing where applicable law defines those terms

To make a privacy request, contact privacy@flirtea.ai. You can request deletion of your account data, deletion of chats or character memory associated with your account, correction of account information, or a copy of personal information associated with your account. Include the email address or account identifier you use for Flirtea, but do not include sensitive chat content in the email. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment records, or backup integrity.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain account and subscription records, preserve character memory and user-created content, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, but we do not claim that chats are end-to-end encrypted. Conversations, uploads, and logs may be processed by our systems and service providers as described in this policy.

Your conversations are private to your account and are not visible to other users, but they are not anonymous. Account, subscription, chat, memory, and usage records may be associated internally so the Services can work and so we can respond to privacy, security, billing, and support requests.

7. Public and User-Controlled Content

Some character profiles, thumbnails, model files, public catalog content, shared assets, or creator information may be visible to other users or accessible through asset URLs depending on product settings. Do not upload or publish content that you do not want others to see.

8. Age Requirements

The Services are intended for users who are at least 16 years old (or older where local law requires a higher minimum age for consenting to online services). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@flirtea.ai and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last Updated" date when we make material changes.
