This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using the flirtea.ai website, applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and complements our Content Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to create, upload, or share any content that is:

  • Sexually explicit. Flirtea is a safe-for-work service; attempting to elicit or publish explicit content violates this AUP
  • Illegal, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and obscenity
  • Depicting or describing minors in any sexual or exploitative context
  • Violent, threatening, or promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Defamatory or libelous
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial content

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Attempt to bypass, jailbreak, or manipulate the safe-content systems that keep Flirtea safe-for-work
  • Engage in any illegal activity
  • Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent
  • Solicit personal information from minors

3. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately at safety@flirtea.ai. We review all reports and take appropriate action. Reports involving CSAM or imminent harm are prioritized and, where required by law, reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Removing prohibited content
  • Temporarily suspending your account
  • Permanently terminating your account
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

Repeat or severe violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

5. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new AUP on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
